Stephanie Williams joined SRM Associates in March 2000 bringing 10 years of experience from an international commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm.

Stephanie’s initial responsibilities at SRM were as manager of compliance/contracts, managing an average of approximately 60 construction contracts at any time. Because of her broad real-estate perspective, professionalism, client orientation and efficient style, she became property manager for SRM’s portfolio of owned properties in 2002. 

Stephanie has both real property administrator and facility management administrator certifications. She lives in Alameda and has a daughter in college.
