Kathryn Luck

Kathy Luck is a licensed real-estate salesperson with an extensive background in real estate and corporate legal services. Kathy has negotiated and been involved in leases, sales, financing and development of more than three-million square feet of office, R&D, industrial, commercial and residential properties in the Bay Area since 1986. She has extensive experience in the acquisition of properties, complex consulting assignments and special projects. Kathy has negotiated and documented many of SRM’s most complicated transactions, as well as processing both commercial and residential developments through all necessary governmental regulatory agencies.

Kathy has over twenty years of experience in the real-estate development field. Prior to relocating to California, Kathy worked for Time Equities in New York handling regulatory approvals and closings of cooperative apartment conversions. She then worked with Steve Meckfessel at Vintage Properties from 1987 until 1992, when she left to help form SRM Associates.

Kathy graduated cum laude from Washington State University in 1983, with a B.A. in political science with a minor in German. She also studied at the Rheinisches Universität of Bonn in Germany. Kathy lives in South Pasadena with her husband and five children. In her free time, she enjoys coaching, following her children’s sports teams and hiking.
