Debbie Koo joined SRM Associates in 1999 and is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. She began her career as an accountant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a national CPA firm specializing in the real-estate industry. She was involved in the audits of financial statements of commercial and industrial real-estate developers, single and multi-family homebuilders, and property managers as well as in the preparation of real estate project and cash flow projections for many SF Bay Area clients.

Prior to joining SRM Associates and leaving public accounting, Debbie was the controller/CFO for a national environmental consulting engineering firm and the controller for the construction division of a national property and asset management company.

Debbie received a B.S. in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.  She lives in Moraga with her husband has two adult children.
