Jennifer Bregman Forshaw

Assistant Development Associate

Jennifer Bregman Forshaw joined SRM in June 2005. As assistant development associate she coordinates many elements of the development process.

Before joining SRM, Jennifer worked for a commercial escrow team, which was the highest producing in Contra Costa and Alameda counties for two consecutive years.

At Catellus Development Corporation in San Francisco, she assisted in the title coordination and closing of several portfolio transactions. These consisted of anywhere from 20 to 40 different sites located across the United States and totaled over $120 million in new loans and refinancing.

Jennifer is a junior commercial escrow officer, and is pursuing a B.A. in human development at Cal State East Bay in Hayward and a real estate license at Diablo Valley College in San Ramon.

Jennifer is married and lives in Castro Valley.
