Vladimir DeLevi is chief engineer for the properties managed by SRM Associates. He has over 25 years experience in the field, including responsibility for over one-million square feet of high-rise properties in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Vladimir has an advanced degree in machine design and maintenance engineering. Besides the day-to-day building operations, he oversees the engineering aspects of various capital improvement projects for the asset management portfolio.
